About Me

Hi, I'm Kelly - and if you’re here, there’s a good chance you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, anxious or quietly wondering if you’re doing something wrong when it comes to your baby’s sleep.


Let me start by saying this: you’re not failing, and you’re not alone.


I support families with calm, reassuring and evidence-based sleep guidance that empowers parents to trust their instincts while gently building sustainable sleep. My approach is nurturing, responsive and centred around emotional safety- for both parent and baby- because sleep isn’t just about routines and timings….. it’s about how safe and supported you feel along the way.


As a mum myself, i know just how vulnerable parenting can feel. I also know that behind every sleep struggle is a parent who simply wants to do their very best. Family has always been at the heart of my world - from raising my daughter (who keeps me “down with the kids” and regularly teaches me phrases I still don’t understand!) to long dog walks and quality time with the people i love. That deep value for connection and care shapes how i support every family i work with. 


This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve always thrived in roles where i support others, help them problem - solve, and guide them towards real, meaningful results. That natural pull towards helping people, especially families,  is what lead me into family - centred sleep support.


But it goes deeper than that.


Having personally experienced anxiety, i truly understand how overwhelming parenting can feel when you’re already second - guessing yourself. I know how powerful calm, reassuring guidance can be -  and how the right support at the right time can completely change how a parent feels.


That lived experience shapes everything i do. I don’t just support sleep - i support you.

Alongside this, my background as a teaching assistant, including supporting children with SEN, has strongly influenced my desire to continue developing my skills so i can increasingly support neurodivergent children and families in the future, particularly when navigating sleep difficulties.It strengthened my patience, adaptability and belief that every child should be seen as an individual - not a behaviour or a label.


Every baby is different. Every family is different. And sleep support should never be one-size-fits-all.
