Sleep Consultancy Terms and Conditions

1. The purchase of a sleep programme consultation (the “Consultation”) will be considered as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

2. The full fee for our sleep consultancy services is due upon booking your consultation with Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy.

3. If the sleep programme is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation), the following terms and conditions apply:

Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded.

48 hours’ notice – 50% of the full amount will be refunded.

More than 72 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client.

4. If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as a reason for cancellation within 24 hours of the booking time, Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy may, on a case by case basis, accept a rescheduled appointment within 14 days of the original booking time.

5. Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to cancel consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. Should Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy cancel, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.

6. In respect of each programme (the “Programme”) provided by Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy to the Client, the Client agrees not to share the Programme with any third party who is not a Client.

7. Advice provided by Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy is intended to address sleep issues and is not a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.

8. Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy offers guidance to the best of their ability, experience, and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioral outcomes that do not achieve the desired result following the consultation process.

9. If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy reserves the right not to proceed with the consultation. In this case, the Client will receive a full refund.

10. Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy is available for contact during Mon, Weds & Fri 9am - 6pm, Tues & Thur 9am - 8pm, and Sat 9am - 12pm. Responses will be provided as soon as possible after receipt, subject to personal circumstances or holidays.

11. Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy is willing to travel, on a case by case basis, to clients outside Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire. Should travel be necessary, the home consultation price will be adjusted to cover all reasonable expenses incurred, including but not limited to travel, travel time, and accommodation.

12. Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to abuse or harassment from a Client towards the team.

13. Rest & Reassured Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
